For the reservation period 10 to 13 March 2014 several rooms have been secured at the hotels listed below under A. Rooms at the hotels listed under B can be booked only by individual request – based on availability. Due to several events during the same time-frame, there is already a room-shortage in Karlsruhe. We recommend to book your room as early as possible. Please also observe the expiration dates of the pre-reservations.
All guests are responsible for their own reservations and required to pay all costs directly at the hotel. If you have any special wishes (late arrival, smoking/non-smoking room), please make arrangements with the respective hotel.
